others. Dr. Zaveri has numerous research publications
that have appeared in Decision Science, IEEE Transactions
on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, and Decision
Support Systems and a book chapter in Manufacturing
Decision Support Systems (Chapman-Hall). He also
has numerous research presentations and articles
presented at major national and international
conferences and has worked on numerous projects
for several agencies including the National Transportation

The
major objective of this project was to collect, analyze,
and document the safety profile of commercial motor
vehicles traveling in Maryland. This project also
determines the effectiveness of using safety algorithms
for the selection process of commercial vehicles for
safety inspection. Responsibilities also included
managing a team of two student interns.
